Sports Day
About Sports Day in Kalimantan
Our annual Sports Day in Kalimantan is a celebration of energy, teamwork, and fun! It brings together all women to participate in friendly competitions and team-building games, encouraging them to stay active while fostering a spirit of sportsmanship and community.
From traditional games like Tug of War and Sack Race, to exciting activities like Soccer and Zumba, the day is filled with laughter, cheering, and movement. It’s not just about winning—it’s about participation, effort, and learning to support one another.
Purpose
The goal of Sports Day is to:
-
Promote physical health and fitness through active participation.
-
Teach the values of teamwork, perseverance, and fair play.
-
Build confidence as women try new activities and challenge themselves.
-
Strengthen community bonds between women, teachers, and families.

Why We Do It
In today’s digital world, it’s easy for people to spend more time indoors. Sports Day encourages them to reconnect with movement, nature, and each other.
